Norman Jay MBE is a clubland legend, a leading figure in the rare groove scene during the late ‘80s and, along with brother Joey Jay, the creator of the Good Times sound system which became an institution at the Notting Hill Carnival. Strut celebrated 30 years of ‘Good Times’ with a collection of anthems and rarities.
